It often starts with a cup of coffee…

In every project, my starting point is to meet the various people involved in the story I’m tasked with capturing on film. As a photographer and filmmaker, people are at the heart of my storytelling, so it’s essential to build strong connections with the different characters in the story I’m documenting or telling. Over a cup of coffee, the idea is to initiate and foster conversation, sharing, and sincerity.

With these three pillars, I gain a deeper understanding of the world they inhabit and draw inspiration from our conversations to help them make the most of their special occasions. For example, during weddings, I always suggest setting aside some time for a photo session between the two ceremonies, which allows them to take a deep breath together and enjoy a quiet moment away from the hustle and bustle of their big day.

The trust that couples place in me as their photographer drives me to find a location that will make their day truly special and leave them with an unforgettable memory of this surprise I’ve planned for them.

Similarly, in a professional setting, I am accustomed to working on projects throughout the year where communication objectives are clearly defined from the very outset. Once again, through my photography, the common thread remains a focus on people, everyone’s commitment, and the promotion of projects with a creative, social, or commercial focus.

For example, through my work with performing arts companies and Le Plongeoir, the National Circus Center, I have been able to identify and gain a deeper understanding of the role and importance of people within the various operations of these organizations, whose mission is to support artistic creation and cultural initiatives.

Through my experience in the worlds of weddings, family life, the arts, design, and business, I have learned to refine my perspective and adapt easily to each client’s unique project.

Finally, through a more personal approach to photography, I enjoy wandering the streets in France and elsewhere to capture snapshots of everyday life and capture the spontaneity of the street.
